Dr. S. Mohamed Arif a passionate leader with diverse work experience within multi cultural environment. Overall 20 years’ of comprehensive achievements in India and abroad including five years in Sultanate of Oman. A successful Business & Operational Leader at both green field facility start-ups as well as established corporate; unique blend of Healthcare background. His expertise mainly on Business — Operations – Strategy planning and Project management- Quality Excellence with advanced skills in business analytics.

He has held various positions in the past as COO, Head of Operation, Medical Administrator cum Programme Director, Senior manager with reputed organizations Kauvery hospitals, Apollo Spectra, Oman insurance co and Suhail Bahwan group, Oman.

He was a first medical doctor to join India’s first stand alone health insurance company (Start Health Allied insurance) in 2006. During his tenure he played pivotal role in bringing HIV insurance scheme in association with PSI Bangalore, which is first in kind of world.

He organized more than 25 health awareness program and workshops including Chairman for “KEMCCON” Emergency Medical conference. He lead Medical Team for “Full scale Emergency response” Airport mock drill at Tiruchirappalli International Airport 2018.

He is an Affiliate member of American College of Healthcare executives since 2009

He is keen interest in research activities. Currently he is on research topic on ‘Patient safety culture.

He has been awarded “Best Hospital Administrator of the year 2019” by Six Sigma healthcare excellence awards 2019, India.
