1. GENERAL

• 1.1. READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY RAY HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS SERVICE. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMER (referred to herein as “CUSTOMER”) AND RAY HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS .
• 1.2. Please note that this agreement is subjected to change and it is CUSTOMER’s responsibility to regularly check for modifications. 
• 1.3. RAY HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS reserves the right to terminate or refuse service to anyone, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of  RAY HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS‘s Acceptable Use Policy  or laws of United Kingdom. Should RAY HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS terminate CUSTOMER’s service for a reason other than violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
