His expertise mainly on Business — Operations – Strategy planning and Project management- Quality Excellence with advanced skills in business analytics. He has held various positions in the past as Cheif Operating officer, Cheif Medical officer , Head of Operation, Medical Administrator , Programme Director , Senior manager with reputed organizations Kauvery hospitals, Apollo Spectra, Oman insurance co and Suhail Bahwan group, Oman.
- He was a first medical doctor to join India’s first stand alone health insurance company (Start Health Allied insurance) in 2006. During his tenure he played pivotal role in bringing HIV insurance scheme in association with PSI Bangalore, which is first in kind of world .
